Once a deposit has been used in gameplay, it cannot be reversed. Any payment gateway charges are set by the respective payment provider, not by tko99.

4 Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from tko99:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. For suspicious transactions, tko99 may place a withdrawal on hold until additional verification is completed.
